War Game (Part 4)
Summary: The council just announced (Y/N) pregnancy. Is there something else to say? What will Dean do to Nathan? So many questions and just little answer.
Pairing: Dean x Reader
Word Count: 4368
Warning: Angst, illusion
A/N: Hey Guys, here is the fourth part of War Game. I am not late this time! With the way the story is going, there will definitely be other part coming. But there won’t be any for a long time.  I am putting this fic on hold, for now, to continue writing others fics that need to be working on. Also, I am currently writing a request I am not sure when it will come out and another fic with @secretlyfurrydragon which I am looking forward to show you. This fic is also part of  @like-a-bag-of-potatoes Potato’s Power Ballad Challenge too. This time I had We Don’t Need Another Hero by Tina Turner. Hope it does fit the song. Thanks to @mrswhozeewhatsis, @blacktithe7, and @aingealcethlenn for betaing this.

Back to the present:
(Y/N) Pov
“Rachel. Don't!” you ordered her.
“(Y/N/N)! He is going to kill you,” she protested.
“He is not!” you assured her.
Dean scoffed, “Sure, sweetheart, I won't!”
“(Y/N)! Come on! Don't let your hormones blind you!” Rachel scolded before knocking Dean on the head with the gun.
The knife slightly cut you as Dean fell to the ground. You grimaced before you turned to see her looking rather upset. “Told you--” you began.
“Shut up! I am not going to let you make assumptions, because of this thing inside you!” She pointed at your belly with the gun. “Now what do we do with him?” She handed you a tissue.
Three weeks ago: One hour after the pregnancy revealing.
You were walking in circles in your cell with the last word of the council in mind: “pregnancy.” You knew you should have been careful, and with Dean being a hunter, there was a high chance that, after everything, you wouldn't be able to get through the pregnancy in one piece. Did you want to keep it? To have it grow up the way you did? Should you tell Dean? So many questions you weren’t able to answer, and so much more in your mind.
“If you plan on renovating the place. Why not call in an expert instead of just pacing a giant hole in the floor,” Rachel jested.
You stopped and sighed. “Rach, what are you doing here?”
She rolled her eyes and leaned against the door. “Pleased to see you, too,” she said sarcastically.
You walked towards her. “Well, as you can see I am very pleased. What happened to you?” You pointed at her bruised cheek.
“The hunter. He escaped,” she calmly said.
You widened your eyes. “Rachel! I told you to look after him!”
She pressed her lips together. “He’s a hunter, (Y/N/N)! You upset him after pretending to kill his brother! What did you expect?”
You looked down. She was right. After the way she treated him, he certainly wouldn't believe that you had played him. You sighed. “Right. Where is he now?”
Rachel shrugged. “Last time I checked, he was with Nathan.”
“Oh god. Glad he doesn't know this place.” You rubbed your face.
“Sooo… how do you I free you?” she queried.
You shook your head. “I can’t leave Rach.”
She raised an eyebrow. “Why the hell not?”
“Because I am pregnant!” you announced.
Rachel giggled and shook her head, amused by your comment, which made you frown. When you figured she wasn't stopping, you realized that she was the reason the council asked for a reset. “That’s right. It’s me,” she grinned.
You rolled your eyes. “Rachel. You shouldn't have. They’ll know I am not!”
“Well, more reason for me to take you out of here. Don't you think?” she pointed out.
Again she was right. If the council found out, they would punish her for her lies and reinstate the decision they’d made before her interruption. You looked at her and sighed. “Fine. Let’s go.”
Rachel grinned and pushed the door open. You shook your head. Of course, she was always one or two steps ahead of everyone, including you. She was far too smart for her own good. You walked out of the cell then followed her into the hallway. “We will need to find Sam Winchester,” you told her and bumped into her back.
She turned to face you. “Like hell we are! I am helping you now, but that doesn't mean I will risk everything for a hunter, even one as handsome as he is."
You furrowed your brow. “Alright. Don't help, but I will look for his brother. It's the least I can do for him,” you said.
“Girl, you are head over heels on him.” She shook her head.
You shrugged. “Now please take this bracelet off of my wrist.” You extended your arms to her.
Rachel bit her lips. “It’s kind of complicated for me. I still can't control my power yet.”
You rolled your eyes and sighed. “Ok. Let’s go before they figure things out.”
Both of you started to walk down the long dark hallway. The council’s prison was built to make anyone who wanted to escape go nuts before they even reached the exit. It made them wish they would be back in their cell. The guard would find them curled on themselves and bring them back to their cell. But if you knew the place and their trick you would be able to escape.
A few minutes into your semi-victorious escape, a fog appeared in the hallway. You raised an eyebrow at it. “Rach. Please tell me you can see the fog?” you asked as you looked up at her. But the second you realized she wasn’t around, you knew that the spell had worked on you already. You were smart enough not to panic as the fog began to get deeper and deeper, not allowing you to see anything. It was wrapping around you. You called for Rachel twice, but there was still no answer coming from her.
“(Y/N),” whispered a voice you couldn't describe.
You stupidly turned around, but you couldn't see anything with this dense fog. You still tried to think straight, to make sure you wouldn't worry while you knew it was an illusion.
“Y/N,” the voice whispered again, but this time you recognized it. It made you close your eyes for a second. You didn't want that, and you didn't need that at the moment.
“(Y/N). I need you,” it said this time.
You took a deep breath before opening your eyes and following the sound of the voice calling you. The more you walked toward it, the more the fog began to fade away until you came face to face with him, your father, although he was slightly taller than you, and you still had to look up to see him. Startled by his presence, you stepped back, your eyes widening, and you swallowed hard. “Dad?” you marveled.
He smirked. “(Y/N), come with me,” he said, extending his hand toward you.
You shouldn’t take it, and you didn’t even want to. Your eyes moved from his hands to his eyes; you gasped at how deep and dark his stare was. His blue eyes pierced you, and automatically your hand reached up to him. The contact of your hands sent an electric wave running down your spine. Immediately, you fell down, and your body began convulsing and shaking. The last thing you remembered before passing out was Rachel’s voice calling your name from a distance.
Dean POV
It had been one hour, a long hour, with Nathan looking almost everywhere in town to find Dan Scott. It seemed like the man had disappeared off the surface of the planet, or Nathan was playing to buy (Y/N) some time. Either way, Dean didn't like the situation. He wasn’t a patient guy, and what little patience he had was dissolving fast. One hour was a miracle.
After the 10th failed stop in the search, Nathan called his father; Dan answered his phone, and Dean put it on speaker while he drove, not caring that Nathan was glaring at him.
“Nathan, I am swamped with work. I can't talk right now!” Dan grumbled.
“Dad. W...I need to find (Y/N)! Where is she?” he demanded.
Dean frowned, even if he couldn't see it, he was sure Dan rolled his eyes before saying, “She is taken care of, son. You don’t have to worry about her anymore.”
Nathan glanced at Dean for a second then opened his mouth, but Dean was faster.
“Listen Douchebag! I got your son, and if you don't bring me (Y/N) immediately I will take care of your son myself,” he threatened.
Dean raised an eyebrow as he heard Dan’s laughed coming through the speakers. He frowned, not liking the mocking sound of his laugh.
“Dean Winchester, the fearless hunter, wants to save the slutty witch he banged. Please correct me if I am wrong,” Dan mocked.
Dean felt Nathan's glance at him. Dean didn't need to look at Nathan to know that the way he looked at him was a mix of questions and suspicions.
“You are wrong! I want to kill her myself!” He growled.
“Tough love,” Dan rasped. “You know, Dean, There is a witch at every corner of the street. One call and Nathan is rescued, while you won’t be around to see us punish (Y/N) the way she deserves. Might as well come and enjoy the show,” he taunted. “Now stop acting tough and let him go,” he said before hanging up the phone.
“Son of a bitch!” Dean shouted through the beep of the phone. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a man who looked distinctly out of place. He was sitting at a table drinking some tea near a fruit and vegetable stand and seemed perfectly normal until the teapot levitated in front of him. Dean hit the brakes, stopping the car with a loud squealing noise. He noticed the scared look Nathan had, but didn't care about it as he climbed out of the car. He grabbed his gun as he made his way toward the tall man, who was now calmly stirring milk and honey into his teacup.
He was wearing a black jacket, a colored scarf, and a blue shirt with black pants. He barely had the time to register the sound of screeching tires when Dean grabbed him. Holding him by his jacket collar with one hand and pressing his gun on the man’s temple with his other, he pushed him to the side of the store. Nathan tried to pull him off the man, but Dean ignored his protest. “You have two choices. Lead me to your damn council, or this store will be painted with your brain," Dean threatened.
The man chuckled. “You can't kill me. It won't hurt me.”
“Yeah, if it was regular bullets, but these are witch killing bullets,”  Dean informed him.
The smile the man had immediately disappeared from his face. “I can't do that."
“Sure you can!" he insisted with a menacing smile.
The man was shaking. “No. Dan Scott is going to kill me if I tell you,” he squealed.
Dean’s anger started to get to him, especially because this whole situation was ridiculous. “Listen up buddy. If--”
“Carl, is that right?” Nathan interfered, earning a glare from Dean, which he dismissed.
The man raised an eyebrow, not sure what was going on, but he eventually nodded. “Good. You need to tell me where the council is, and I’ll make sure no one hurts you,” Nathan said, trying his best to convince the man.
Carl hesitated for a brief second. “If you promise to keep me safe, then I will talk,” he offered.
Nathan nodded while Dean slightly frowned. “I promise,” Nathan said sincerely.
Carl took a deep breath. “The council coven is in city hall. Except, you can’t go inside like that and expect to walk around and find the council chamber. You need to be a witch or an almost witch to find it. Like your brother was,” he explained.
Nathan frowned. “How do we get there?”
“You can’t get there. Only the first-born child, meaning only a potential witch can,” Carl said.
“Well then, we don't need you anymore,” Dean pointed out.
“Wait... No. There is another way. You need to go to the bridge. It’s the emergency door, in case there is a hunter or Men of Letters invasion.”
Nathan raised an eyebrow. “Hunter? Men of Letters?” he asked, obviously clueless about the situation.
Dean rolled his eyes; he didn't have time to explain everything to Nathan. He knew if he let go, Carl wouldn't hesitate to warn Dan and the council. Without saying anything, Dean grabbed anti-witch handcuffs and put them on Carl’s wrist.
“What the hell? I thought you would let me go!” he snapped.
The glare Dean sent him made Carl quickly quiet and pale. “We never said we would,” Dean smirked.
Nathan stepped in front of Dean. “Come on, I promised nobody would hurt him.”
“We’ll keep that promise, but I let him go now and your daddy will know about our next move,” he pointed out, grabbing Carl by his shirt collar and leading him toward the Impala with his gun pressed against his back, making sure no one saw them.
Nathan’s Pov
Nathan didn’t like the situation he was in; he didn’t like the way Dean was acting to get revenge, even if he knew that there was a sort of trial going on. But he didn’t want to leave. Then again, he wasn’t even sure if he was allowed to go. Nathan believed that if he stayed, he could have an impact on Dean. That way he was sure nobody would get hurt like he did with Carl. Even though he ended up in the trunk. It was better than him being dead.
They reached the bridge 5 minutes later. Nathan followed Dean out not saying a word.
Dean turned toward him. “Listen, kid, this will be dang--”
“Don't you think it’s a little too late, now that I’m here?” Nathan pointed out while rolling his eyes.
Dean shook his head, then went to the trunk and opened it, grabbing Carl by the arms. “I guess there is a password or a magic spell?” he interrogated him.
Carl raised his hand up; he didn’t look very comfortable to be there, as if he betrayed his kind and would probably die soon. Nathan could understand somewhat and pitied him. He looked at Carl and tried to encourage him to talk.
“Man, if I tell you, I will die, and your protection won’t change anything,” Carl conceded.
“Well, if you don't talk you are dead, too." Dean pressed his gun against his temple.
Nathan rolled his eyes and rubbed his face.  “This won't help,” he grumbled, although he stepped back when Dean pointed the gun at him.
“Do you want to get the bullet instead?” he suggested harshly.
Nathan held his hands up. His mouth dried. This was a scary situation for him, Dean was more unpredictable than he ever expected.
“Wait! I will open the door for you, but you will have to let the kid alone,” interposed Carl while sliding between Nathan and Dean, in a protective way in front of Nathan.
“Go ahead, make your mojo work,” Dean ordered.
Carl stepped close to the bridge ramp. His hand moved in the sky as if he was praying. Nathan looked at Dean, who had the smirk on his face. Nathan frowned, not liking the idea of putting him in danger for Dean’s benefit. He didn't have time to talk to Dean before Carl started to chant. Nathan tilted his head to the side to focus on each word Carl was pronouncing.
“Ostendō me via.”  (Show me the way.)
Nathan tried to concentrate on every word, barely recognizing any of them, as the ramp turned into a gate. He came closer just in time to see the water under the bridge spread apart like what Moses had done millennia ago. The past days had been rough for Nathan, his world changed in an instant, overwhelmed by everything. Another world he never suspected, or maybe he did, but never would have believed existed was standing in front of him.
“Let’s go.” Carl's voice brought Nathan down to reality. He raised an eyebrow, then opened and shut his mouth.  He watched Carl open the gate, a spiral staircase slowly uncovered itself like an invisible curtain was shadowing it from everyone's eyes. Dean grabbed Carl before he even started moving.
“Easy Tiger. Stay near me,” he ordered.
Nathan shook his head at the sight of the man in front of him. He understood Dean’s motivation, but the way he was acting started to get on Nathan’s nerves. Even though he was scared of him, or mostly afraid of the gun he was carrying, he was behaving like a hero that needed revenge. Nathan was sure nobody needed a hero like that. Yet, he stayed silent and followed them down the stairs to a hole in the ground that looked like a door. Nathan stopped, not sure if it was safe to go inside it.  A feeling told him not to, but with Dean out of control, Nathan followed them.  As he walked into what looked like a cave, the world around them started to make a fuzzy dance; his lungs didn’t seem to be working anymore. He gasped, placing his hand on his throat. He kneeled and saw Dean fall on the floor. It was the last image he saw before everything became dark.
A Few hours later
Dean POV
Dean gasped for air as he opened his eyes. He coughed and sat up slowly, his head screaming in pain and his brain bouncing against his skull. He groaned and rubbed his face.
“Well well, looks like you are trapped, hunter.” Dan’s voice taunted.
Dean rolled his eyes, and once again his head was pounding. He groaned in pain and tried to understand what Dan meant. Dean slowly turned his head toward him, not wanting another headache.
“I like how this prison works, creating illusions just for you, making you see the one person you need the most,” Dan said.
Dean frowned as a vague memory was trying to pass through the fog in his head, but the more he tried to remember, the stronger his headache became. Dan’s laugh didn't help Dean, either. A groan caught his attention. It came from the other cell. He was hoping it was his brother. He hoped everything was a dream, and his brother was alive again. He quickly stood up and walked toward the bar that connected him to the other cell, not caring about the pain in his head. “Sam?” he asked.
Dean frowned when he saw Rachel. He shook his head and walked away from the bars. The word disappointed wasn't the one he would use to describe how he felt at that very moment.
“Not who you thought she was? Is she too ginger? Not top-heavy enough?” Dan hinted.
Dean sent him a death glare. “Where is she?” he asked.
Dan rolled his eyes. “It’s getting old don't you think? ‘I want to kill. Grrr give me my revenge,’” he said mocking him.
Dean scoffed. “Laugh all you want, but when I get out, I will make sure you eat that smile of yours,” he threatened him with the same death glare.
“I wish you good luck,” he said, turning to leave, then stopped next to Rachel. “Told you to keep an eye on them, not join them.” He scowled but didn't let her speak and left.
Dean stared at her with an angry look. It seems everyone in this town underestimated him, but he knew they would regret it when he had his revenge.
“Cowboy, not for nothing, but the last time someone looked at me like that, I got laid.” She rolled her eyes.
Dean sneered. “Thanks, but I’ll pass,” he said, even though the way she was laying against her cell bars made her look attractive. He glanced at his cell to see if there was a small chance for him to escape.
“Good luck with trying to find a way out,” Rachel stated.
Dean ignored her, not wanting to deal with her right away. But, this didn’t seem to stop her.
“Come on, Cowboy, be smart this time. Listen to me,” she insisted.
Dean rolled his eyes. “Just shut up. Rakel,” he growled. “I don’t need your help!”
She frowned. “Sure you don’t.” Dean looked up at the ceiling, annoyed by her attitude. It was similar to (Y/N)’s, but unlike her, it didn't hit him where (Y/N)’s would have. He knew she only pretended to be tough, to be someone she wasn't, and came to the conclusion that it was a coping mechanism for the way Dan treated her. A part of Dean wanted to protect her, to kill Dan for her, not only for Sam. Except for the other part of him that wanted revenge for Sam. It made him close his fist, and his blood boiled again. She killed Sam, tricked him into believing Sam was still alive and trapped Dean in her apartment. He gripped the cell bars, anger was driving him crazy.
“Wow, easy Cowboy. They put a spell on the cell, making anyone give in to either their fear or their anger,” Rachel warned.
“Really? Well, I am going to give in then. When I find her, I will kill her,” he growled, pushing the bar then groaned in pain.
Rachel scoffed. “Good luck with--”
“Yeah, I know. This sham of a council is going to take care of her,” he grumbled.
“I mean, good luck with getting out of here. As for (Y/N), she will be safe until you find her, I presume,” she said.
Dean raised an eyebrow and turned his head toward her. “Where is she?” he asked suspiciously.
Rachel hesitated a second. “I’ll show you where she is,” she offered .
Dean shook his head. “Where is she!?” he yelled.
Rachel pressed her lips. “Yelling at me won’t help, you know?” She pointed. “I am going to get us out of here, but you have to promise not to hurt me.”
Dean shrugged. “I don’t care about you! I want (Y/N) and that asshole!” he growled, getting more and more upset just by thinking about them.
She shook her head. “Now, calm down. I will get us out of here. I will need a few minutes,” she said, showing her wrist. “This doesn’t allow anyone to use magic,” she said.
He groaned, starting to get more upset by her attitude, by the fact that she was here instead of (Y/N). All he could think at the moment was what he would do to her once she was in front of him.
(Y/N) Pov
Your eyes shot open while you gasped for air like you were brought back to life. You slowly sat up and rubbed your face, trying to remember what had happened.
“Sweetie, don't sit up.” Your Aunt Deb comforted you and made you lay down on the bed.
“Aunt Deb?” you weakly puzzled, looking at her.
She caressed your hair, a smile on her face, and nodded. She always acted like a mother to you, even after what happened to your birth parents. You could always count on her, no matter what. Despite the fact that Dan sent you away, she was still there to protect you, probably behind his back. Although the dynamic slightly changed in the two years after Nathan’s birth and before you were shipped to boarding school, her visits slowing down with her added responsibilities as a new mother.
“What happened?” you almost whispered.
“You don't remember?” She frowned.
You slowly shook your head. “The last thing I remember is the trail." You thought to try to remember, but your memory couldn't come back for some reason.
Deb sighed. “Love, you tried to escape with Rachel, but the spell stopped you,” she explained.
You gripped the sheets, no memory of that moment came back, but what did come back was the fact that the council reset the trial due to your pregnancy. Your hand found its way against your belly and tears formed in your eyes. “Please tell me this isn’t true,” you weakly asked.
Deb took your hand in hers. “Sweety, you are. We will get through this don’t worry. I will be here every step of the way,” she reassured you and pressed a kiss on your forehead before hugging you.
You hugged her back. “Thank you, Aunt Deb,” you whispered as a tear fell down your cheek.
The door opened and crashed into the wall, startling the both of you. You gasped, pulled away from your aunt and pressed yourself against the headboard while you widened your eyes when you saw Dan. He was furious and clearly in a rage as he came toward you.
“You fo--” he started but was interrupted by Deb coming between you.
“Don't even think about it, Dan!” Deb warned, pointing her fingers at him.
The way your aunt would be so strong and determined surprised you. It was probably the first time you had ever seen her like that. You weren't sure, but for a brief second, you swore Dan was destabilized by her self-awareness. He quickly recovered, though, and was back to being the man he always was, arrogant and a dick.
“Dear Deb, you realize that because of her, two of my sons are in the hospital!” he reminded her.
“She has nothing to do with that. You are responsible for this. For the mess you caused with her, and I let you,” Deb accused. “I swear, if you touch her this time, Lucas won't be here to save you,” she threatened him.
This time Dan’s reaction surprised you. He stepped back and glared at you. “I don't care what you need to do, but by the time Nathan is awake, I want you out of my town,” he growled, then walked out of the room slamming the door shut.
Deb turned to face you and hugged you. “It's going to be ok,” she whispered.
You hugged her back tightly. It was when you pulled back that you realized you were shaking. You took a deep breath to calm yourself, never before having seen him like that. Or maybe you were in denial? Your attention was brought back to your aunt Deb as she placed a hand on your cheek.
“Nathan’s condition is not on you. Do you hear me?” she said, tears in her eyes. “It’s on me. Like everything that happened to you since Dan came into my life.” She then pressed her forehead against you. “I told him to protect his big sister,” she confessed.

Tumblr media
Welcome to today’s Pond Diving Spotlight! We hope that you enjoy this little insight to our members and perhaps even find some useful tips for your own writing. Happy reading!
Want to volunteer, send us an ask! We’re looking forward to learning more about all of you! Not sure what PD is, you can learn more here.
Tumblr media
“Don’t Be Koi About It” - All About You
Name: Katelyn, but most people call me Kate, Katie or sometimes even Kat.
Age: 27
Location: Originally from Kansas, but have been located in Upstate NY for the last six years.
URL: @katelynw93
Why did you choose your URL: It’s usually the username that I use for everything and if I’m being honest, I’m not very creative when it comes to titles or names. Lol. I’ve been meaning to change it; I just need to decide on what.
What inspired you to become a writer: Well, when I was in middle school (maybe seventh or eighth grade), my best friend and I decided to write a story together and post it on a fanfiction site (Can’t remember the site name, though.) And I just loved it. We never did finish that story. Lol. But eventually I started branching out and found some roleplay writing sites.
How long have you been writing: Started writing in middle school (2006/2007), but really got into it in 2009 with RP. However, September of this year (2020) was the first year I started really writing fics by myself and opening posting them.
What do you do when you are not writing i.e. Job/Hobbies etc? I work a lot, usually an average of 40+ hours a week; I am a manager at a popular food chain restaurant and on the weekends, a cashier at a gas station to provide a little extra cash for my family. When I’m not working, my time is spent with my two kids; Alekzander (Zander) who just turned five this past November and Lincoln (Link) who will be two in February. Outside of work and my family, I’m usually writing. Sometimes if I’m feeling extra creative or inspired, I’ll create a few crackships for couples I really enjoy. Lol.
How long have you been in the SPN Fandom? I actually found Supernatural around the same time I started writing, so back in ninth grade, so 2008/2009. It was honestly an accident too, because I was searching for Smallville episodes (I have an unhealthy addiction to Superman and DC/Marvel.) and stumbled upon an ad for Supernatural. Was instantly intrigued and fell in love. Seasons 1 - 5 (the Kripke era) are my favorite.
Are you in any other fandoms and do you write for them? Oh yea, I love TV shows and movies, and as I’ve already stated above, I love DC and Marvel. I’ve also written for Grey’s Anatomy and am willing to write for more, but SPN, DC and Grey’s are currently the only ones I’ve written for. I love The Vampire Diaries, One Tree Hill, Private Practice, Station 19, 9-1-1, Game of Thrones, The Witcher, Merlin, Dexter, Psych, and so, so many more. There are too many to list. Lol.
Do you do any writing outside of fanfiction? If so, tell us about it? Other than RPing, not really. I mean, I did try to do an original story with my friend when I was younger, but it never went anywhere. But I am willing to try someday.
Favorite published author: Other than the really big authors like; J.K. Rowling, George R.R. Martin, Jim Butcher, Nicholas Sparks, Suszanne Collins, I really like (and maybe it’s cliche) Stephenie Meyer. The Twilight Saga made me fall in love with reading and eventually, that love led me to writing. Those books hold a special place in my heart.
Have you ever read a book that made an impact on your life? Which one and why?: Well, I guess I sort of answered that one already. But there truly are so many amazing books out there and still so many more to discover.
Favorite genre of fanfic (smut, angst, fluff, crack, rpf, etc): Oh man, I’m not gonna lie, a majority of what I read is probably smut. But I am particularly fond of angst. I want you to make me cry. Really dig and stab into my emotions. Lol. And then come back in with some fluff. Haha.
Favorite piece of your own writing: Well, that would have to be Sweet Cherry Pie because it was really the first piece I’ve ever finished and published online. It was inspired by an RP that I am currently involved in and they are my favorite couple in said RP. It got so much positive feedback after I shared it that it inspired me to keep writing. I was so nervous about posting it, but I am glad I did.
Most underrated fic you have written: Oh I’m not sure. Maybe Love Bites. I am a sucker for Supernatural and The Vampire Diaries crossovers. I really loved writing this fic and am eager to write more.
Story of yours that you’d most like to see turned into a movie/tv show: Oh damn, um, it’d be cool to see any of them like that. But maybe Sweet Cherry Pie or Out of the Fire (my firefighter!Dean series).
Favorite Tumblr Writer(s): There are so many, but I usually find myself reading work from; @impala-dreamer, @katehuntington  @deanwanddamons, @muchamusedaboutnothing.
Favorite Fic from another writer: This one is tough because there are so many amazing fics out there, especially ones that I adddddore; but if forced to choose, one story that will always stick with me would have to be Treacherous by @idkhaylijah OR The Sullivan Series by Kate Huntington
Favorite character to write: Dean Winchester. I adore Dean and he’s probably the easiest for me to write. I have written the most fics with him and I portray him often in the RPs that I do.
Favorite Pairing to write: Dean with anyone, but my favorite would be Dean x Caroline.
Least favorite character to write (and why): That’s a tough one, cause there’s not really any that I’m uncomfortable with or dislike writing. Maybe characters with accents, because I don’t really know how to capture that in writing yet? I’m pretty open with my writing and am willing to try mostly anything.
Do you have anyone you consider a mentor? Oh definitely. When I first started RPing, there was another girl (Jocelyn) that I used to write with and she influenced a lot of my writing. She was older than me and had more experience and gave me a lot of tips on how to get better. She is an amazing writer and had the potential of going far with it, but life happens and unfortunately, she doesn’t write anymore. But she is booming on Youtube, so that’s pretty impressive. It’s pretty cool to see how far she’s come.
Do you have any aspirations involving your writing? I used to want to be a journalist when I was younger, but other than that, not really. I just want to have fun with it and write something meaningful for someone, and always improve and get better.
How many work-in-progress stories do you have: I have a few ideas jotted down, maybe ten, but I haven’t actually started any of them. I have so many bingo cards I need to finish, but with my work schedule, it’s been pretty crazy.
What are you currently working on? My main project is Out of the Fire.
“Pond Diving” - All About The Writing
What/who has had the biggest influence on your writing? Definitely the RPing that I’ve done and am currently doing. My friend Alesha has been the longest RP partner that I’ve had and her writing is phenomenal - and it helps a lot too when your mind's work in similar ways; her and I always seem to be on the same wavelength when it comes to writing. I love it. But like me, she has a very busy schedule and writing is limited.
Best writing advice you've been given: Have fun with it, write what you want to write and always be open to helpful criticism. And don’t stress about it, either. Write in your own time. It’s meant to be fun, not stressful.
Biggest obstacle you’ve faced in your writing: Just finding the time to write and getting over being so self conscious about my writing. I don’t let anyone in my real life read what I write.
What aspects of writing do you find difficult when you write fanfiction? Just capturing the personalities of the canon characters sometimes; if it’s a character I’m not used to writing, I worry about portraying them the right way. And I have trouble individualizing the characters (separating them from myself/my own personality), like when I create an OC for an RP, sometimes when I have too many, their personalities all become the same in ways (if that makes sense?). And accents. I have trouble with accents. Oh, and fight/action scenes. They take me a bit.
Is there anything you want to write but are afraid to (and why): I am always going to be afraid, no matter what it is that I’m writing, because I worry about it succeeding. I want to write for other fandoms though, I guess, but like I said, I worry about capturing the characters right and having a decent storyline that is unique.
What inspires/motivates you to write: Honestly, positive feedback. I love hearing what people think about my writing and it motivates me to continue.
How do you deal with self-doubt: That’s a tough one. I guess I just look towards my writing friends or beta’s for reassurance or I go back and read the positive comments and likes on the fics I’ve already shared. It encourages me to continue.
How do you deal with writer's block: I usually listen to music and I’ll look up gifs of my favorite characters, create stories in my head with those gifs or I’ll create gif sets of specific scenes. If that doesn’t work, I’ll take a break and watch one of my favorite TV shows for inspiration.
Do you plan/outline your story before you start: For my RPs, I have a group chat with those I’m writing with and we usually shoot ideas back and forth, but mostly we wing it. For my fics, I normally just wing it, but with Out of the Fire, I have a rough idea of what I want from each part. With that said, my ideas or plans often change as I’m writing. These characters have a mind of their own sometimes. Lol.
Do you have any weird writing habits: I don’t know about any weird habits, but I always have music on and I guess I have to do it in spurts. I’ll write a few paragraphs or sentences, pause and scroll tumblr or facebook or gifs, and then go back, reread what I wrote and then write a few more. Rise and repeat.
Have you ever received hateful comments on your fic and how do you deal with it? So far, no I haven’t, and I hope I don’t ever have to deal with that. But I know it’s bound to happen. I guess if I were to ever encounter that, I’d like to say that I’ll take it as a learning experience but I honestly don’t know I’d feel about that.
Conversely: what’s been some of your favorite feedback on your fanfic? Oh man, I guess my favorite would have to be ellewritesfix05 reaction to the secret santa fic I wrote for her; Dean Fucking Winchester. And all the positive feedback I’ve gotten for Out of the Fire.
If you could give one piece of advice to a new and/or struggling writer, what would it be? Have fun with it. Write what you want and what you’re comfortable with. Don’t be afraid of constructive criticism and most importantly, don’t stress. Writing is fun.

I was tagged by @sinaesthete for a fic writer interview! Thanks for the tag!! I'm putting it under the cut because it is LONG lmao
How many works do you have on AO3?
11!
What’s your total AO3 word count?
  59 534!
How many fandoms have you written for and what are they?
On ao3, 5 fandoms! Four fics for Marvel, three for Doctor Who, two for Percy Jackson, one for The Librarians, and one for Supernatural! I posted a few works on Tumblr too, including spn, Good Omens and Harry Potter.
What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
See Where Your Power Leads (thor, G) - a pre-thor (2011) fic about Heimdall connecting with kid Thor and Loki :)
Undying Fidelity (thor, G) - a post-infinity war pt1 fic where Loki has to watch Thor grieve for him as a ghost. Warnings for major character death and heavy emotional damages :’)
The Tree on the Hill (pjo, T) - a hurt/comfort one-shot about percy and thalia learning to find common ground in their situation!
It Wasn’t Me Who Ran (doctor who, T) - multi-chaptered wip that explores an alternate version of the Master on Pete’s world. Tenrose and Ten/Master, warnings for minor violence.
Tunnel Vision (doctor who, G) - a what-if for “It Takes You Away” where instead of appearing as a frog, the Solitract picks Missy’s form to get the Doctor to stay.
Do you respond to comments, why or why not?
Oh absolutely!! Sometimes it takes me a while to get the spoons to respond, and I’m not thee most eloquent but I just...cherish comments with all my heart :’) I usually end up showering the commentors in thanks lmao
What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?
DEFINITELY Undying Fidelity lmaoo. I hesitated for so long before settling on this ending. Rip to all the commentors who wanted a happy epilogue
Do you write crossovers? If so what is the craziest one you’ve written?
I’ve written this lol! A pjo/hp crossover oneshot where Harry meets Percy.
Have you ever received hate on a fic?
Nope not yet! I did however get a few like, comically lukewarm comments though x) Like, ‘this was fine. could be better but i enjoyed it.’ and i’m like aight king thanks. highest praise right there
Do you write smut? If so what kind?
I do not :( Not because I don’t want to, but I’m criminally bad at it rip
Have you ever had a fic stolen?
Don’t think so! I’m not popular enough for that i think lmao
Have you ever had a fic translated?
Nope!
Have you ever co-written a fic before?
I mean. Technically I wrote Prodigal (spn archangels human AU) but really @whisperoftheheart925 is ABSOLUTELY a co-writer. All of it stemmed from her AU idea, and we came up with the plot together. So yeah we share custody.
What’s your all time favorite ship?
Sorry I can’t choose. Thoschei has been a pretty constant ship of mine i guess? But i feel like I’m betraying so many of my others lmao
What’s a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?
God...what’s NOT a WIP i won’t finish... I have a great avengers sense8 au...a half-written good omens ww1 fic...one day maybe....
What are your writing strengths?
Description, symbols and imagery!
What are your writing weaknesses?
Plotting, plotting, plotting. I can’t stand it, I want to rip my teeth out whenever I need to plan an outline. It sucks I wish plots could just pop into my head but they do not. I’m in hell.
What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?
To use veeeeery sparingly. It just feels a little fabricated to me? If you’re writing from the perspective of someone who doesn’t understand the language, then there’s no reason they’d pick up on the specific word, so why write it? And if they do know the language, just add ‘they said in spanish’? So yeah, who are you writing this for?
What was the first fandom you wrote for?
Percy Jackson :)
What’s your favorite fic you’ve written?
...Prodigal, actually! I spent such a long time on it, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. It’s not perfect, but it really pushed me out of my comfort zone, and I explored themes that I really take to heart.
Tagging @peachcitt @whisperoftheheart925 if you guys want to! no pressure otherwise <3

☀❤️
☀ ━ how long have you been roleplaying? how did you get into it?
omg, sTORY TIME. So, okay, around the 2010 era, I was huge into crossover fandom. More so, Supernatural and One Tree Hill crossover fandom. Yes, two shows that are complete polar opposites, but yO, IT WORKS, I SWEAR. Anyways, most importantly, the crossovers of Dean Winchester and Haley James, and Sam Winchester and Brooke Davis. Like I was hella obsessed in all honestly, *shrugs shoulders*. And there’s actually a really loyal following behind those ships, and they’re all hella talented af as well. I made a lot of graphics, manips, videos, have be it, myself, and I was actually looking to make a fansite. This is how I came across Tumblr, and I literally had no damn idea what the hell it was. I just thought it was a fansite making thing, although, I was just hella confused about it all. Because really, lbr, Tumblr is confusing for anyone new person. One day, some how, some way, I actually ended up in a Sophia Bush tag, or a crossover tag? I honestly don’t remember, and I came around a muse who was faced by Sophia Bush. My nosey has to see what the heck that was about, so I actually lurked on that page for a while, and still – hella confused. But I was familiar with the terms of rp-ing, because I was actually asked to rp a Dean Winchester for a second on another forum, and I did NOT like it. So, I was honestly under the impression that I was going to like it on here either. But for some reason I kept ending back up on that muse’s page, and then one day I was just like, screw it, I’ll check this out further, message the main, yada. This rp was actually a TVD/SPN/TSC crossover rp, and I really couldn’t break my focus from it. A few days later I’d have to message the main again, and the admins actually worked with me to come up with a character, who would be a Katie Cassidy FC named Avery. I was so hella nervous about coming into that rp, but man, once I did, I s2g I was hooked. Unfortunately, that closed two weeks later, but then I ended up following two of the mods of that RP to another solely TVD RP, and was there for a year and a half, give or take. This was, I believe, in 2012. So, going on seven years.
❤ ━ do you have any crackships for your muse?
hahahahaAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, OH GOD, SO THIS IS GOING TO BE LONG?!?! And you’re going to notice quite a few repetitive names on this list, but that’s just they’ve been my favorite fcs for so long. I also know I’m going to miss a few, but here’s my heart. yes.

INFERNUM. // a semi appless tvd, tw, spn, and riverdale crossover roleplay.
Klaus Mikaelson has been working most of his very long life to break the curse placed upon him to suppress his werewolf gene. Nothing would have stood a chance to stand in his way, and anyone who knows the man would know not to even attempt to keep him from getting what he wanted. Some people tried to keep him from achieving his goal, but it ended up being a waste. The curse was broken, and the very first vampire and werewolf hybrid was here.
Of course, most of the population of Mystic Hills remains oblivious to what happened. The California town appears idyllic, not too far away from San Francisco and with a population of around 8,000 people. For most of the humans living in Mystic Hills, the hub of supernatural energy remains a mystery to them. The town was the perfect location for the sacrifice to break the hybrid curse. Not only did it hold the residency of the doppelganger he needed to break the curse, but it also held a tree that was filled with enough mystical energy to ensure his spell would be a success.
With blood being spilled on the Nemeton, the tree was awakened once more and became a beacon of mystic energy that now brings more and more supernatural creatures. It opened the gates of Hell that released many demons before the Winchester brothers were able to close the gates. It was too late to put them back in though, so now the city has found itself home to some demons, along with the tree calling to other supernatural creatures.
While some of the humans still remain blissfully unaware of what’s happening to their town, others are fighting back. Many members of the town are distracted by one big question: who killed Jason Blossom? He was just one of two casualties from the hybrid sacrifice, and while Sheriff Forbes is running the animal attack story, Cheryl and Lydia Blossom feels there is more to the story.

Present Day:
Tumblr media
Your hand moved before Dean had the opportunity to say 3, making his gun fly out of his hand. In other circumstances, you wouldn’t mind or back away from dying. Now, things had changed, things that you needed to take into serious consideration.
“Listen, Dean. You need me there. I know where Sam is and the place has an enchanted security system.” You gasped as Dean quickly grabbed you. He pulled your arms behind your back and placed a knife against your throat.
“Like hell I need you!” he growled. “You are not the only witch I know!”
You opened your mouth to say something, but someone else beat you to it. “Alright, Cowboy. Now put your weapon down,” Rachel’s voice threatened behind you.
“Sorry princess, can’t do that,” he groaned.
You couldn’t see it, but the fact that Dean growled made you think that Rachel held her gun against him. “Guess I will have to take care of you,” she said.
Three week ago : After the date
The disaster started after your date with Sam, even though it went the way you expected. The two of you only talked. Something stopped you from flirting with him. You didn’t know what it was, but you couldn’t and it kind of bothered you.
When the time came for you to kiss him goodbye, you sighed and kissed his cheek. “You know we could have had more fun but I guess your brother told you about me,” you whispered in his ear.
You could sense his discomfort when his body tensed, and you stepped back, chuckling, before turning and walking into your building. The minute you walked into your apartment, you knew by the wilted plant you had cursed that someone had been there. Without thinking twice, you went in your room to find one of your drawers open. Your journal was missing, the one you put everything inside although it was written in code. You slammed the drawers shut, upset and feeling stupid for falling into the Winchester’s classic trap.
The misery came the next day. You didn’t want them to know you knew about Dean being in your apartment, so you let them have a day ahead of you to prepare your revenge. Your first move was to cast a spell to find them before going there with your motorbike. When you got there, you blew the door of their motel room open, clearly surprising them as you walked in.
“Hey, boys.” You smirked and walked into the room, waving your hand at the only one there, pinning him to the wall. “Oh, Dean, where is your brother?” You faked a pout.
“Son of a bitch, (Y/N)! What the hell is wrong with you?!” Dean protested.
You jeered, “Hunter, come on. You came into my apartment. so I decided to make a surprise visit to you.” You winked at him, as you walked toward your journal on the table.
Dean frowned. “Little Witch. You are in so much trouble,” he said. “Now, how about you kill me or get lost.”
“Kill you? Why?” You asked. “That’s not fun.” You sounded amused by the whole situation.
Clearly too amused, as you didn’t hear Sam coming from behind you, then jumping on you, pinning you down while Dean fell face first on the floor. You fought off Sam, even though hand to hand combat wasn’t your thing, managing to kick him in the balls and get the upper hand. Dean soon ripped you off of his brother, though, and that’s when you’d had enough and used your power to throw them out of the room.
You chased them through the whole town, not caring about who might see you or even who was in the way. The minute you saw Dean turning around and pointing his gun toward you, you reacted. “LUX!” (Light) you screamed, as a glowing light blinded them as Dean shot, and you waved your hand away to deflect the bullet.
You made your way toward Sam, who was the closest. You didn’t know what you wanted to do with him, but killing wasn’t something you would do. Instead, you teleported him away, making Dean and everyone else think he died. You did the same to Dean, sending him away in a puff of magic. When he was gone, you realized the mess the town had become. You saw Lucas and Peyton on the ground, blood pouring out of a bullet wound in Peyton’s chest. Your heart pinched against your chest and you had to hold back tears as you walked toward them, only noticing Nathan watching at that moment.
You couldn’t face anyone in town after that and you also knew you had to face the council so you ran, not looking back. You were not able to face the consequences of your actions; you were not able to admit to yourself that all of this was your fault. You remembered the only place you had always felt safe: your parents’ old cabin. When you got there, you were welcomed by Dean’s sleeping body right in front of the door.
You frowned, marvelling at your luck that he’d ended up there, then grabbed him inside. He was heavy, not easy for you to carry. You couldn’t use your power, not even the smallest spell, or else the council or anyone else could track you down there. It took you at least a few minutes to put Dean on a chair and tie him up without somehow waking him up. That was when you started to wonder, where was Sam? Where did you send him? Why wasn’t he here? Or maybe it was a good thing, especially after making Dean believe that Sam died in pain and misery.
You were deep in your thoughts when the door slammed open then shut loudly, startling you and waking Dean. An upset and furious Dan stood there, the look in his eyes making you swallow hard. You froze, not able to do or say anything as he suddenly grabbed you by the arms. “You floozy stupid witch! I told you to stay away from MY family!” he yelled. “Lucas is in a coma because of your reckless and foolish actions!”
You had no words. No way to say anything that might calm him down or ease the situation. Your eyes found Dean. He was confused, sad, and upset at the same time. That’s when Dan saw him, his rage got bigger as he pushed you aside and walked toward Dean, he grabbed him by his shirt collar. “You piece of shit, you killed my son’s girlfriend!” He barked at him.
You fell on the floor, groaning in pain as your body hit the floor hard. This brought you back to reality, and helped you regain control of everything that was happening. “Leave him!” you gasped, through your pain.
Dan turned his face to you, the glare he sent you meant for you to shut up before he looked back at Dean. “I’ll take care of him,” you insisted.
Dan glanced back at you. “You will?” he asked skeptically, and let go of Dean as he walked back to you. “You want to get your hands dirty?” He grabbed your face harshly. “You better not disappoint me (Y/N). I will be back in 48 hours if you don’t show up at my house.” He leaned down, his breath wafting over your face. “I’ve got his brother you also need to take care of,” he whispered in your ear.
With that he left the cabin slamming the door. Leaving you more devastated than you wanted to be. However, with Dean around, you couldn’t let him see you weak. You needed to act tough, to pretend.
Dean POV
Tumblr media
Even though he just watched Y/N get treated like she was worthless, Dean couldn’t bring himself to feel sorry for her. She killed his brother in front of him, and no one gets away with that. All he could do was try to make her see that she was wrong and wait for her to make a mistake he could use.
“You realize the minute he doesn’t need you or want you around, he’ll turn on you. Can’t you see that?” He glared at her.
He could tell his words hit home, but she pretended not to be hurt and laughed it off. “What I see is that he cares about me, differently,” she told him.
Now it was Dean’s turn to let out a sarcastic laugh. “Oh, sister, you are in so much denial. We both know he doesn’t care about you and would rather let you rot then help y-” Dean gasped, not expecting to receive a punch in the side from her.
“Let me tell you something, Dean. We won’t be flirting, today. I asked you to leave, and what did you do? You broke into my apartment, and now Nathan’s brother is hurt!” she barked, pointing her finger at him.
Dean scoffed. “After what you did to my brother, I wouldn’t go near you. As for your cousin, you did that, sweetheart. That’s not on me or Sam.”
Her act wasn’t fooling Dean at all; he could tell she was scared and worried, that she knew she would have to face the consequences of her actions. He was also watching her when she talked to Dan, and it seemed she was in denial about him, trapped in some kind of mentally abusive relationship.
On the second day of his forced stay at the cabin, he used the time she was out of the cabin to get rid of his ties and he laid in wait until she returned. Dean pinned her against the wall, the hate in his eyes pure rage screaming for revenge. Nothing would stop him. She knew that her time was up, and when she closed her eyes, his temper got the best of him.
“Look at me, bitch!” he barked, placing a knife against her neck. “After what you did to Sam, I am going to take my time with you.”
(Y/N) obeyed and opened her eyes. Inevitably failing to hide the fear in her eyes, she cringed, and a low whimper came out of her mouth.
Dean snorted. “Pretending to be something you’re not will cost you, Little Witch,” he mocked while grabbing her hair.
She grimaced a little. “Just do what you want. I don’t care anymore,” she almost whispered. “But know that I am not a killer. I didn’t kill you and I wouldn’t kill your brother. I just sent him away, the same way I did you,” she confessed.
“Where is he, then!?” he urged her.
“I don’t know,” you said, tears in your eyes. “I tried to look for him but Dan got a hold of him. I…I am sorry.”
Dean observed her, not sure if he should trust her, although he had to admit, she seemed sincere. Their eyes met, and with the evident defeat in her eyes, he tried to figure out his next move.
She scoffed with what seemed like the last bit of sass in her. “What, doubting, now? Tired of hurting me, or do you just want to have fun?” she teased with a weak smile.
His next move surprised the both of them, mostly him, as he threw the knife away and crushed their lips together. Dean didn’t control anything anymore. He knew he had the opportunity to do something, but he couldn’t. He gripped her hair tightly, making her groan against his lips. One by one, each piece of their clothing flew off of their bodies. Dean picked her up, not taking his time for any foreplay as he slammed into her and pressed her back against the wall.
Each of his thrusts made (Y/N) scream his name, so he pressed a hand against her mouth to keep her quiet. The sound of her moans could turn his heart, and would probably made the hate and anger he felt go away. When she reached her climax the first time, they were looking into each other’s eyes. Even though Dean was panting and sweaty, he didn’t stop there, needing more. He wanted to keep going because the rage he felt was coming up again. He turned her around, made her face the wall, and slammed into her harder than he’d ever done before.
He pressed his face on the back of her neck and bit every spot of her skin he could reach. He still didn’t let her moan, placing his hand against her mouth again, because he knew he would enjoy it more than he wanted to admit. He kept going until they both found their end and collapsed on the floor and fell asleep.
A few hours later, Dean was startled awake by Dan screaming. While Y/N was able to get up and throw some clothing on, Dean found that he was once again securely tied, but naked, this time. He didn’t know who had tied him back up, but the situation didn’t please him at all.
“You slut ! Is this how you take care of the issue?!” Dan screamed. “You are nothing but piece of shit!” he added.
“Let me-” she started, but Dan interrupted her once again.
“There is nothing more to say. If you weren’t Deb’s niece, I would have killed you, already! Now, get it together and kill him. And never come back in town or I will kill you myself!” He left, not turning back, not even caring about Dean anymore. Which made Dean wonder what the man had in mind. Why wouldn’t he kill him already? Why make her do the job?
Instead of killing him, though, Y/N just threw him his clothes and allowed him to get dressed before tying him back up again.
The third day they spent together, the change was obvious. Especially after what Dan had said, and (Y/N) stood there with her phone in her hand after a quick call she made. It seemed like she was on the verge of crying, but she pulled herself together when she noticed Dean was watching. She looked harshly at him, then came towards him. She grabbed his hair and pulled his head back as she placed a knife against his throat. “I am going to free you, and you need to leave without looking back. Understood?” she growled in his ear.
Dean swallowed hard, this was the wrong time to feel something between his legs, but the sound of her voice turned him on. The knife to his throat helped him regain some kind of control over himself. “Sorry, sister. I will not hesitate to kill you, so you better kill me now.”
“I can’t! I already have too much blood on my hands,” she professed. “You need to leave. If the council’s guard found you, they wouldn’t be nice.”
Dean rolled his eyes. “Don’t worry about me. I can handle myself with those guards,” he said as she stepped back.
Her eyes were worried as she gazed at him. “I am sorry, but you give me no choice.” She leaned forward, kissing him deeply.
The sudden move struck Dean, but somehow, without understanding why, he gave in. He kissed her back the same way, before suddenly, everything went black.
Dean’s eyes shot open, and he quickly sat up but instantly regretted it. A wave of nausea and dizziness washed over him. He held his head with one hand and wrapped an arm around his stomach, trying to keep himself from throwing up. It took him a few minutes before everything was back to normal and he could focus on his surroundings. How the hell did he get here? The question didn’t last long as the last memory of him and (Y/N) kissing floated back in his mind.
“Son of a bitch! (Y/N),” he mumbled as he rubbed his face. If she hadn’t lied about Sam then he had to save her first. She knew the town and Dan very well, so if she was afraid, and she definitely was, he had to save her. He stood up slowly, looking around, and he recognized her room. He shook his head trying not to remember the memory of their first night together.
Dean walked out of the room and made his way in the hallway, but ended up stopping when a redhead girl slightly taller than (Y/N) was coming his way. He saw her surprise, then an annoying grin spread on her face.
“Glad I don’t need to wake you up, Cowboy,” she teased,
Dean frowned. “Who the hell are you?”
She giggled. “Doesn’t matter, Dean. I am here to babysit,“ she replied with a wink.
“Sweetheart, I don’t need a babysitter since my brother turned 14. Now, how about you let me go.” He tried to move past her, but she grabbed his arm, pulling it behind his back, surprising Dean by the strength and speed she had.
“Oh, you need one, Cowboy. (Y/N) doesn’t want you to leave, so sit and maybe think about retirement and other ways to extend your life expectancy.” She pushed his head against the wall and knocked him out.
Two days later: Trial time
Tumblr media
(Y/N) Pov
Once Dean was safe, you had decided to just turn yourself in to the council. After being taken by the guards you were kept in a cell in town for two days before they took you to the council. Here you were, standing in a hallway outside the council’s chambers. Ordinarily, you would come here once in a while to give your report. This time, it was different. You needed to explain your recent failure and behavior to them.
Mainly because of Lucas, Dan’s older son, being in a coma, Peyton having died, and some property damage you caused in town, you needed to defend yourself. You tried to hold back tears, as you waited for your fate to happen. It was the only time in 10 years that you’d felt lonely and lost. You needed someone to bring you back this piece of heaven turning into darkness in your head.
Memories flew back into your mind, your heart ached as you remembered the surprise visit from Dan yesterday, the way he was silent, controlling his temper until the guard left both of you alone. The second the guard had left, he was a different man, the man you always thought he wouldn’t be. He pushed you against the wall, grabbing your throat in his hand and squeezing it. He yelled at you about how he warned you that he would kill you himself if you came back. Now that you were the reason HIS son got hurt AND Peyton had died, he wouldn’t think twice. You didn’t remember much, except for the part where you heard someone screaming for him to stop while you fainted.
You were brought back to the present when a door opened, catching your attention, and you stood up as you heard your name. You took a deep breath before walking toward the door reluctantly. As you walked into the room, you noticed how dark the room was, except for a spotlight. This was different from when you came to deliver your monthly report. You knew that on rare occasions this room held trials. This wouldn’t be like a normal trial, though, where a jury would judge you, based on the proof they saw.
This was different; you had to explain yourself in front of the wisest and oldest members of the town. They would ask you questions and make a ruling. They had a very diversified way to give their punishments, from hanging to banishing. If they allowed you to stay, it wasn’t without incurring some physical pain.
Once inside of the spotlight, another one turned on in front of you, too bright to allow you to see anything. You had to put a hand on your face to block the slight pain until you were used to it.
“Miss Morris. You are here in front of your peers because of the following charges,” announced an echoing voice.
You pulled your hand down, and in front of you were the shadows of at least five people. You held your breath as another echoing voice read the list of charges.
“Using magic in a public place, injuring a potential witch, causing the death of a civilian, and jeopardizing the town. We won’t be looking into the obvious guilt of your actions, but we want to understand your motivation and give you a proper punishment.”
With your head bowed and your shoulders hunched, you didn’t face them. Well, you couldn’t see them, but you weren’t able to be brave or cheeky after what happened to Lucas and Peyton. This was the price to pay for letting the Winchesters put their noses where they shouldn’t and having to use magic in public.
“Miss Morris. Explain to us the reason why you attacked Lucas Scott and Peyton Sawyer,” a female voice ordered.
“I…I didn’t mean to hurt them. Hunters came into town, and I needed to make them leave….” you began.
“You are not allowed to take care of anyone unless one of the council members gives you an order or agrees to it!” a male voice boomed with the reprimand.
How were you going to get out of this? You knew the rules well, and with Lucas in the coma, there was no way in hell Dan would back you up. He might have before, but not now. “I…I know….” you tried to say.
“And yet you still did it. Causing damage in town! Hurting innocent people! You’re putting this town in danger!”
“I…I thought I was doing the right thing,” you blurted out “I was told to–”
“Who told you, Miss Morris. I am fairly certain none of us did!”
You felt trapped now, more than ever, and if you said more, you would need to tell them about your work with Dan Scott. You couldn’t do that! You couldn’t betray your family! After that, you decided to follow what your heart told you and be quiet, which wasn’t to your advantage because the council had already decided your fate. Although they wanted to discuss a proper punishment for you, guards took you back to your cell while tears fell down your cheek.
Dean POV
Tumblr media
Images flashed, (Y/N) had Sam pinned against a wall, hurting him like she was enjoying it. Sam screamed Dean’s name, who ran toward him. But he was too late. (Y/N) made him blow up into dust, then she smirked at him. “It’s your turn, now.”
Dean’s eyes shot open; he was sweating and panting in (Y/N)’s bed. This had been his nightmare for the last few days, the image of his brother dying was still lingering in his mind. Dean rubbed his face, then groaned in pain as he tried to sit up. His side was still hurting him. The past two days had been hard. He was trapped in (Y/N)’s apartment without his brother, his car, or his weapons, while he figured out how to get past (Y/N)’s friend, Rachel, and save Sam. He wondered idly how he even got into so much trouble. Not that it was the first time, but this time he wanted to try something he would never have expected to consider. He rubbed his face, before grabbing the whiskey bottle from his nightstand. He drank the last bit of the bottle, before putting it back down. At least he was trapped in an apartment that had alcohol.
He stood up holding his side. The loss of his brother made him need revenge, but the time he passed with (Y/N), those three days were very intense. He still didn’t understand why she sent him to her apartment when she knew the council guards were coming for her. Couldn’t she have gotten some points in her favor by turning him in? Maybe he did get into her mind or her heart? He hoped he made her see what was going on around her.
Walking around the apartment, he discovered that Rachel wasn’t there. Deciding to make a run for it, Dean walked toward the door after grabbing his jacket. He needed to find (Y/N) and to take care of her. When he reached the door, he barely had time to touch the handle before it flew open, Rachel standing on the other side with a sassy smirk on her face.
“What’s the rush, Cowboy? Thought you liked the place?” she taunted, pointing Dean’s Colt at him.
Dean sighed. At least he now knew where one of his guns was. She was supposed to be (Y/N)’s friend. With her around, he felt like (Y/N) had been playing him all along. He stepped back and put his hands up. “So, what’s your plan sweetheart? Are you my bodyguard, now?” he cross-examined.
She had a sardonic smile on her face. “If it weren’t for (Y/N), you would be dead by now.”
Dean glared at her. “Listen, sweetheart, I will go out and kill her, anyway. So, you better let me go, now,” he said harshly to her.
She sneered. “You will be kind of late. The council will handle her. She gave herself in two days ago.”
Dean narrowed his eyes. He didn’t want to hear any of her lies, so he moved fast, grabbed his gun from her hand, and knocked her out with it. He held his side, groaning a bit before getting out of the apartment without looking back.
Nathan POV
Tumblr media
Eyes swollen and red, Nathan sat on a chair next to Lucas’s bed. He watched the various pieces of medical equipment that kept his brother alive. Knowing that without all of those devices Lucas wouldn’t be able to survive made his heart shatter in pieces. He rubbed his face, wishing he could have saved him, or at least moved when he saw the fake agents running in the street as if something had chased them. He never expected (Y/N) to act the way she did.
After a glowing light had come out of nowhere, blinding him and everyone on the street, there had been the sound of gunfire. His eyes had burned from the light and he’d rubbed them, wondering what the hell had happened. He had finally been able to see after a few minutes, only to see his brother unconscious. That wasn’t what had caught his attention, though. It had been the blood pouring down next to him. He’d immediately reached forward to see Peyton had had a hole in her chest. Shock had controlled his body as tears had begun to fall down his face. A scream had made him turn his head to see (Y/N) with her fist closed, while the tall agent with long hair had been shrieking in pain.
He hadn’t understood what she was doing, or how she was capable of making someone suffer without even touching them. He’d been too scared and shocked to understand when he saw Dean disappear. When Y/N turned and approached him, his heart had raced and his face had paled, fearing he’d be next.
Nathan swallowed with difficulties while trying to hold back another burst of tears. Nevertheless, Dean’s entrance interrupted his thoughts. Nathan widened his eyes and stood up, not sure what was happening. “How…” Nathan began, but stopped when he saw Dean’s weapon.
“Shut up, kid! Where is your cousin!?” he hissed, pressing his gun against his temple.
Nathan froze, not able to speak. He had no idea what to say, didn’t know where she was, and he didn’t think Dean would believe him if he told him. Dean pinned him against the wall, and the pain in his back as it hit the wall hard brought him out of the trance. “I…I swear I don’t know! I would tell you if I did,” he stammered.
After looking into his eyes, like he was searching for the truth, Dean grabbed him and made him face Lucas. “Look at your brother! Is this how you want to end up, too!?” he fumed.
Nathan shook his head. “N…No, please don’t hurt me. I…I don’t know,” he quavered, thinking Dean would hurt him, too.
“Then help me find her! She needs to be stopped!” Dean demanded.
Nathan widened his eyes and turned to face him. “She didn't… She wouldn’t do that.” He felt he needed to defend (Y/N), even though they never really got along.
“You saw what she did to my brother! What makes you think she didn’t do that to yours?!” Dean growled.
With that, Nathan’s mind raced. A part of him thought of all the possibilities and even tried to find excuses for her actions. But no excuses were good enough to quiet the part of him that knew what she was capable of. Not to mention the fact that everyone knew what she was. He glanced from his brother to Dean for a second, then slumped his shoulders. “Fine. I don’t know where she is, but I know who might,” he replied with tears in his eyes.
Later that day
After talking to his mother while Dean was waiting in his car, Nathan had found some shocking information he would’ve never imagined hearing in his whole life. When he came back in the car, he gave Dean directions to (Y/N)’s possible location, but he barely spoke. It seemed that Dean didn’t bother for a little while, but eventually turned to him, concerned.
“You OK, Kiddo?” he questioned.
Nathan turned his head away from the window in his direction. “Hmm. Yeah, I am,” he sighed. “Please stop calling me kiddo.”
Dean nodded. “Can’t promise I won’t,” he said. “Listen, Nathan. I need to know you are on board with the whole killing (Y/N) thing. I get that it’s not easy for yo…”
Nathan rolled his eyes. “I am on board, Dean. I want her to pay for what she did to Lucas. Trust me, I do,” he informed him.
“But?” Dean queried.
Nathan frowned. “Don’t get me wrong; she is evil. But I just can’t shake off the idea that we could try and save her.” he explained.
Dean sighed heavily. “Ki… Natha…”
“Look, Dean. I get it. She needs to be taken care of, but you said yourself she kept you for two days without even hurting you. She had all the chance to, but here you are, free as a bird. Don’t you think…?”
“Shut up, Kid! There is no chance in hell I would let her go after what she did to Sam! Now, I don’t care what you have in mind, but she will pay for that!” Dean growled as he lost his temper.
With his harsh and dangerous tone, Nathan decided to stay quiet and turned his head back to look out of the window. He didn’t want to say anything else that Dean could misinterpret. At that point, Nathan was sure that what he learned from his mother wouldn’t make Dean change his mind. There he was, torn between saving her or letting Dean have his revenge. Should he listen to his heart or his reason?
(Y/N) Pov
Laying down on the metal bed of your cell, the memory of you and Dean ran in circles in your head. Maybe he was right about Dan, about you, and probably about everything else in this town, but now, it was too late to do anything. Soon, the council would make a decision, and you knew it wouldn’t be pretty for you. Just the mere thought of what they were capable of was giving you chills, and you held your necklace like you always did when you were stressed, nervous, and frustrated.
You couldn’t help but smile as the memory of the night you two spent together creeped in your mind. It was nice, until you woke up a few hours later with an upset Dan yelling at you and you had to make sure Dean was dressed and tied up again. With all those thoughts you didn’t hear the footsteps until they were in front of your cell. You sat up quickly, then stood up as the guard barked orders at you. You couldn’t use your power because of the bracelet you wore on your wrist; it was a cursed bracelet, something that blocked any creature from using any ability or strength they possessed.
The only option for escape that you had was to try to win using hand to hand combat. However, the guards were the best at their position; their training prepared them to act in all circumstances. So, you just followed them towards the trial room, wholly trapped and not able to do anything
“Miss Morris. We, the council, have made a decision concerning your fate,” said the same echoing voice, once you arrived in front of the spotlight.
You held your breath, expecting the worst from them. “We concluded with your past actions that you are a dangerous witch for this town. So we decided t-” the voice stopped for a few seconds. You couldn’t see anything, but you could hear that someone came in to speak to them. “In the light of the unexpected pregnancy, we need to have a few minutes recess.”
You raised an eyebrow, not understanding, but slowly, everything started to sink in. Your hands automatically took place against your belly, and your eyes widened, not believing anything that was happening.

Back to the present day
Tumblr media
(Y/N) POV
Your heartbeat raced against your ribcage while many thoughts rushed through your mind. You made an effort to remain calm, tried not to show him you were scared. “Sam… Sam, he isn’t dead. Dan took him to have leverage on you,” you said.
Dean glared at you. “Where is he?!“ he barked, pressing his gun against your temple.
You swallowed hard. “Or what? You’ll kill me! Do you really believe you would be able to save him alone?”
“Sam is my brother. Nothing will stop me from saving him,“ he simply answered.
You scoffed. “Dan is a dangerous man. If you are a threat to him, he will be the only one taking care of you and your brother.”
An evil grin appeared on Dean’s lips. “Sister, you don’t know me,” he asserted, unlocking the safety. “So I’ll give you three seconds to talk.” He nudged the gun pressed against your head. "1…2…”
Three weeks ago: Morning after sex
You’d been up for a little while, now, busy making breakfast while wearing Dean’s shirt with a black bra and matching underwear. The music and cooking had your full attention, so you didn’t hear him walk in the room until he coughed. You turned to see him standing against the doorframe with his arms crossed. His expression told you that he was battling with himself at the sight of you.
He sighed. “Mind giving me my shirt back?”
“A little. What else would I wear?” you chuckled.
Dean shrugged. “I am sure you will figure something out.”
You grinned and turned off the stove. “Really? What’s the rush, Hunter, afraid of a little witch?” you teased, grabbing the pan, then putting the eggs and bacon on two plates.
Dean barely glanced at the plate before raising an eyebrow at the nickname you gave him. “Well, little witch, I have a job to do.”
You rolled your eyes and shook your head. “Hunters, always in a never-ending job,” you said, grabbing the plates. “Well, as you can see I made breakfast, but I guess if you have to…” your voice trailed off.
Dean narrowed his eyes, unsure if he was supposed to trust you. “You’re not trying to poison me, are you?”
You scoffed. “Really? Who do you think I am? A Gypsy?”
Dean pushed his plate toward you. “How about you eat my plate first?” he suggested.
“Boy you really have trust issues,” you said, somewhat amused by his behavior. It didn’t bother you and you knew why. You didn’t trust him either, so you thought of something as you took a bite of the food. “See no…” You started to cough falling down holding your throat.
Dean widened his eyes and rapidly came towards you. “Hey (Y/N)! Hold on I got you!” He looked panicked as he started to look for a hex bag all over the kitchen.
“De… Dean,” you called him, almost like a whisper, and extended your hand to him.
Dean stopped in his tracks, glanced back at you before quickly coming toward you. He kneeled next to you and held your hand, “I’m here sweetheart. I need to find it,” he said, concern written all over his face. He tried to move, but you gripped his hand.
“Ple… Please stay,” you said with difficulties.
Dean sighed, but nodded, not liking that he had to watch you die without helping.
“K… Kiss me.”
Dean rubbed his face and leaned down to kiss your lips gently. His lips touched yours and you pulled him into a deep and rough kiss. Dean frowned and pulled away, glaring at you while you stood up chuckling.
“You should have seen your face!” You laughed, imitating his panicked reaction, which only made you laugh more.
Dean stood up and took his shirt off of you. “You are a bitch. You shouldn’t take this lightly.”
You rolled your eyes. “Yeah, I am a witch,“ you pointed out, crossing your arms. “No one is that stupid to go after me.”
“You should stop being one,” he said putting his shirt on. “It’s a warning,” he said firmly.
“Or What? What are you going to do about it?” you asked, stepping closer to him. However immediately stepping back because of the glare he sent you. If his eyes could kill a witch, you would be dead by now. This didn’t make you feel comfortable, somehow. You didn’t expect that coming from him.
Dean shook his head and started to walk out of the kitchen, but stopped at the door. He turned to face you, “Did you know Keith Scott?”
You nodded. “Yeah. I did. Why?” You leaned against the counter.
Dean rubbed his face. “Any chance you know who is behind his death?” Dean asked.
You shook your head. “No I don’t. But I have a little advice for you. Stop looking into Keith’s death. Nothing good will come of it. Especially not for you.”
Dean frowned. “Sorry sweetheart. Can’t do that given what I am,” he said. “I hope, for your own good, that you are not involved.” With a sad smile, he grabbed his things and walked out of the apartment.
You pressed your lips together. Once you were sure Dean was gone, you grabbed your phone and dialed Dan’s number. You had to wait a few seconds before he answered the call.
“(Y/N) (Y/M/N) Morris!” said a rough and upset voice.
You froze, cold sweats forming on your back. You knew you somewhat screwed up in a way, but you didn’t know what you had done this time. “Huh Dan, you sound upset,” you said, suddenly nervous.
“What gave it away?” he said. You swore you could hear his eyes roll, “Do you know the definition of discretion (Y/N)?”
The sweat slid down your back. You knew Dan’s approach too well; he was trying to punish you, to make you realize your mistake in the worst way possible. You were just glad you weren’t in front of him because his humiliations were painful to live through. “Ehm. Yeah, I do.”
“Do you? Then why did Nathan come to me last night? Blaming me for sending you?!”
“Sir… De… the hunter was at your garage. I…I was just doing my job.”
Dan scoffed. “This sounds like you did more than your job. Come to the office. There are few things we need to fix,” he said before hanging up the phone.
You were left there hearing the end call signal on the phone. You put the phone down on the counter, but it turned out that your hands were still shaking. All you wanted now was for your anxiety to go away. You were worried about losing your job and anxious for your life. You sat down at the counter taking a deep breath to try to regain yourself again, but it was not that easy. It was a long process of telling yourself that you could do this, that it wasn’t your fault, and you were good at this.
2 Hours later
Nathan POV
(picture found in google)
Tumblr media
Nathan walked toward the main entrance of his house, and he greeted his mother. He had called her the previous night and asked her to come in that morning to talk about (Y/N).
“Listen, Nate. (Y/N) is under his grip. She is the only one of us who doesn’t see his bad influence at the moment,” Deb said, sitting down at the kitchen table.
Nathan shook his head. “Mom, I think she knows and enjoys it.”
Deb frowned. “I doubt she is enjoying it, Nathan,” she said. “Now, I am not trying to find excuses for her behavior. It’s just, she wants to impress him. Like you did before.“
“Impress him!? God, Mom, she is not a child anymore. This honestly looks more like she has Stockholm syndrome,” he exclaimed with an exasperated sigh.
Deb sipped on the coffee her son had given her. “Well, I figured it was time for a little intervention,” she informed him.
Nathan tilted his head, but before he had time to say something, the doorbell rang. He immediately frowned. “Oh, Mom. What did you do?” he asked, walking towards the main entrance.
He was just glad Hailey, his wife, was with her best friends Peyton and Brooke, at that moment. He didn’t want her around (Y/N), and both didn’t actually get along. This a good thing, well for Hailey; for him this improvised intervention sounded more like a pain in his neck.
“Hello, cousin,” (Y/N) said, walking into the house pushing past him.
Nathan massaged his temple as he followed her, barely listening to anything she was saying. He crossed his arms as he watched (Y/N) and his mother interact with each other. (Y/N) seemed really different, he could tell she was never faking with her, or at least that’s what she wanted to show. With his father, it was something different, it seemed like she was walking on eggshells and afraid to do wrong. A little like he used to be, always wanting to please Dan, to act like him, and he did become, at some point, someone he wasn’t. He was just glad Hailey was in his life.
“Not that I mind seeing you, but you mind telling me why I am here. I got a job to do,” (Y/N) said, bringing back Nathan to the current situation.
Nathan and Deb looked at each other, then Nathan nodded to his mother to talk first. “(Y/N) sweety, there is something important we need to discuss,” she said.
She raised an eyebrow. “Important? So you didn’t just want to see me?” she said. Nathan swore she sounded hurt by that.  He wasn’t sure. It had been too long since they were last close and he believed anything she said.
Deb appeared to catch that, maybe better than him because she came closer to her. “It’s not about a job, it’s really about you. About what you do for Dan,“ she said softly.
(Y/N) sneered. “Right. Don’t tell me your son convinced you that my job was clearly bothering him,” she said, glaring at Nathan.
Nathan glared back at her, not impressed at all. “Keep believing that what you are doing is because you actually love it,” he said.
“What’s the matter, Nate? You jealous?” she said in a mocking tone. “Can’t handle the fact that your daddy doesn’t care about you anymore?”
“You think he gives a shit about you? That if anything happens to you, he would make the world a living hell just to get revenge?!” he spat.
“Kids. This is not what we are actually here for,” Deb stepped in between the two who were almost chest to chest.
“I’m sorry Aunt Deb, but your son has only been a jerk to me since I came back,” (Y/N) deplored and started to walk out of the kitchen.
Nathan stopped his mom from going after her. “Don’t, Mom. This is what I thought. She is in denial,” he postulated.
Deb frowned. “Maybe. We need to figure out a way to make her realize that. I’ll talk to Dan later.” She sighed, mostly because of the main door slamming shut.
Dean POV
Tumblr media
When Dean came back to the motel that morning, he told Sam about (Y/N), about what she was and what she told him. Feeling more like it was a threat than advice, they both decided they would check out her apartment later. Sam suggested that they should go to the city hall to talk to Dan Scott, Keith’s brother, first.
At the city hall, the hardest part was Dan’s secretary. This chick was a pain in the ass for Dean. Apparently not affected by his flirting or Sammy’s puppy dog eyes, she only cared about her job. She gave nothing away and didn’t even want to let Dan Scott know about their current situation, claiming she simply did her job. Thankfully for them, Dan decided to walk out of his office with papers for her to copy and asked if his assistant already arrived or not.
Dean took the liberty to introduce himself to Dan. When their hand shook, Dean had a bad feeling about Dan. Something about him made him cringe and want nothing but to stay away from the arrogant dick. Yeah, Dan Scott was a dick, and the way he talked to them made Dean believe that he was hiding something.
A few minutes into the interview, the office door opened, letting in (Y/N), who quickly left when she saw Dean and his brother. Dean frowned at the sight of her. He knew he shouldn’t have trusted her because this Dan guy wasn’t telling the truth. That’s what his gut was telling him. They had been looking for a clue about Keith’s strange death, barely finding anything. His friends and family never wanted to talk to them. Dean was sure one of them was behind this, so he turned his attention back to Dan.
“Like I was saying, Agent. My brother’s death is terrible, and it hurt me a lot, but he never had any enemies, unlike me,” Dan said.
Sam nodded. “Do you think maybe someone tried to scare you off by doing this?”
Dan pretended to think for a few seconds. “Could be anyone in this town.”
Dean rubbed his face. “Right. Makes sense,” he said under his breath.
Dan frowned. “Well, you could still ask my assistant. She will be pleased to assist you with your investigation,” he offered, but didn’t let them answer as he took his phone to call you. “(Y/N), Come in please.”
The door opened again to let in (Y/N), but she stood at the door like she was worried to come closer. Only then did Dean fully pay attention to her outfit. It was obviously different from the previous night. There was no indication in her outfit she was an assistant, but it seemed professional enough and showed a different side of her. She actually looked vulnerable and innocent, and he never would have expected that. He was lost in his thoughts the sound of her voice brought him back to earth.
“You wanted to see me, sir?” she asked, sounding confident and clearly avoiding eye contact with Dean.
Dan nodded. "Yes. I want you to assist these agents in their investigation, take them anywhere they need to and give them any information they need,” he ordered her.
She nodded. “Alright. Gentlemen, will you follow me please,” she said to the boys. Dean frowned, then looked back at Sam, who seemed more willing to follow (Y/N). Dean stood up and reluctantly followed them out.
For the rest of the day, the situation was a bit tense between Dean and (Y/N). They were avoiding any talk and anything that could show they’d had a thing the previous night. The only issue that Dean had was the fact that she was openly flirting with Sam like she wanted Dean to have some reaction. She even got Sam to agree to a date that night! Sam seemed to be open to her advances and Dean felt his blood boiling. It wasn’t that he was jealous about the situation, it was more about the fact that he knew what she was and didn’t want her to hurt his brother.
He needed to talk to his brother alone as quickly as possible, except they hardly had the chance to be alone for more than a minute. On the other hand, he had one chance to be alone with her. When Sam went to talk to the school janitor because he thought he had a lead on something, Dean asked her to show him around the school. She didn’t appear to think it was a bad idea, and he followed her. After a few minutes of walking and being sure they were out of Sam’s earshot. Dean turned to her.
“You need to stay away from Sam,” he advised.
An enigmatic grin formed on her lips, and automatically Dean knew he would regret warning her away from Sam. “Oh? Why is that?” she teased.
Dean pressed his lips together. “You know why.”
“I know? Hmm,” she said, thinking about it, or she pretended to think. “Well, you know I can’t do that. Given what I am.”
Dean glared at her. “Leave Sam alone!” he said, slightly raising his voice, “or I will bury you.”
She laughed. “But your brother likes me. He wants me. I can tell,” she said, stepping forward and reducing the space between them.
Dean swallowed hard as she used the same technique as the previous night. She grabbed the two sides of his jacket and his eyes darkened with lust.
“He’s my brother, (Y/N),” he growled and pushed her against one of the lockers. “Stay away from him,” he said, looking into her eyes.
For a second, he swore he saw fear in her eyes, but he couldn’t be sure. A sound distracted him, so he stepped back from her and grabbed his gun. Dean sighed when he saw Sam coming, who raised an eyebrow, not understanding what was happening.
“School is over man. You are not supposed to come that way.” Dean shook his head and put his gun away.
Sam rolled his eyes. “Are there other places we could see?” he asked (Y/N), ignoring his brother. (Y/N) nodded before leading him out of the building.
In the afternoon
As Sam and Dean came back in their room, Dean was quieter than usual; he didn’t even make a joke which started to worry Sam. He looked at Dean as he got ready for his date with (Y/N).
“You ok, Dean?” he asked.
Dean looked up from his computer. “Yeah, I am fine,” he said. “I just don’t think you should go.”
Sam raised an eyebrow. “Why not?“ he asked.
Dean rubbed his face. “She is the witch I slept with last night.” he confessed.
Sam frowned. “Why didn’t you tell me earlier?”
“I know I should have, but I talked to her and tried to make her stay away from you. I guess it wasn’t enough,” he said. “Also, we needed her in a way.”
Sam stopped his actions. “If she is a witch, she’s probably behind Keith’s death, too,”
Dean sighed. “I thought about it. I am pretty sure she wants to mess with us, the same way she did with me this morning,”
“You mean like she wants us to argue with each other?” Sam suggested.
“Pretty much,” he said, before pinching his nose. “I think maybe you should go. I have a plan.”
(Y/N) POV
Tumblr media
You glanced at the three different dresses in front of you, not sure which one you would choose. Sam was supposed to take you to a nice restaurant. You tilted your head and pressed your lips, having Sam in your mind and the kind of guy he was. He was nothing like his brother was. Where Dean was all cocky, Sam was wise. Where Dean was all sassy, Sam was down to earth. And where Dean was sarcastic, Sam was oblivious. It was a different contrast that clearly made you doubt he would appreciate or enjoy the way you dressed, but would care more about your mind. Which was what happened the whole time you talked to him earlier. Sam seemed to be the brain of the two hunters, although you suspected Dean just let Sam be smarter, for some reason.
This is why you naturally chose the pink mini, off-the-shoulder straps and flattering vertical seams to its textured fabric and swingy cut. You put on a simple necklace and some light makeup, lighter than you usually did when you went out. You looked at yourself in the mirror smirking. You were going to have fun tonight, planned on having it, and it would be another kink of yours: bang two brothers at different times. Both were so hot and sexy, how could anyone resist them?
You smirked wider when you heard a knock at the door. You went to open the door but swallowed hard when instead of Sam, Dan was there. You froze and stared with widened eyes not expecting to see him. It took you a considerable amount of willpower to move aside.
“Oh hey, Dan,” you finally managed to say.
Dan walked in and shook his head. “Not the one you expected to see,” he said with a tight-lipped smile.
You played with your hair, something you always did when you were alone with him. You knew this didn’t mean a pleasant visit from him. “I…I actually have a date with Sam Winchester,” you confessed.
Dan’s eyes glanced at your dress, and raised an eyebrow. “So you need to have the other brother too? One wasn’t enough?” he said, sounding slightly judgemental.
You swallowed and looked down. “I…I always need more,” you said, your confidence slowly leaving you.
Dan rolled his eyes. “Yeah, I know you do,” he said. “I am not here to talk about your sex life, just what you know about those hunters.”
You crossed your arms. “Not much. I had the time to make some calls, and by the sound of it, those boys are the best out there.”
Dan stepped closer to you and placed his hand on your shoulder, applying a little pressure on it. “Now, (Y/N), Let’s not make them trap you. We don’t want to start a war around here,” he said. “Make sure you don’t make another mistake like yesterday with Nathan.”
You could only nod. With his other hand, he gently lifted your chin to make you look into his eyes. He seemed to enjoy seeing the fear in your eyes, and a little grin formed on his lips. “By the way, I heard about your little show this morning at Nathan’s. I will suggest that until those hunters leave town, you don’t meet with any members of my family anymore,” he said, stepping back from you, but his hand was still on your shoulder.
You stood there having difficulties swallowing. He didn’t acknowledge you as his family. Why did it still hit you hard like this? Why did you still believe it? It wasn’t the first time he said it, nor would it be the last time, but it still hurt. No words were able to come out. At least, nothing that would help you in this situation. “I don’t want to send you away or to punish you in public, but I will if anything happens to them. Understood?” he said, pressing harder on your shoulder this time.
This sent an electrical charge through your brain, and you stepped back from him and nodded. “Understood. But you should probably leave. Sam will be here any minute, now.” Your voice was low and still not confident.
Dan sent you a dark glare. “Don’t disappoint me, (Y/N),” he threatened before disappearing.
You closed your eyes and released the tension Dan always created in you. Your legs were too heavy to carry you anymore, and you were barely able to reach the couch one step away. A tear fell down your cheek while you curled into a ball. Dan was the worst with you. He was putting so much pressure on you, and he was the reason why everyone hated you. You acted like him with everyone else just to get his approval, have him to tell you that you were part of his family. Whenever he spoke to you like that, it was like someone has stabbed you, each time you felt like you wanted to end it, to make the pain disappear.
The doorbell brought you back to reality, reminding you that you had a date and a mission to accomplish.

(Y/N) POV
You carefully leaned on the bridge ramp from your hometown, Tree Hill, your helmet in your hand. A tear fell down your cheek as you thought about having to leave. Dan Scott, your boss, gave you the chance to go, or you wouldn’t see the sun again.
You watched the sunset, as its last rays partially illuminated the town. You wiped the tears away, recalling all the blissful moments you’d had and the bad ones that put you in this situation. Starting from sleeping with a hunter, to Nathan being in a wheelchair, Lucas in the coma, Brooke injured, Hayley’s miscarriage, and Payton…
You shook your head as you thought of her.
All this was because you didn’t follow Dan’s instruction in the first place. You technically tried; you gave them false directions, fake clues and even locked them away. Only, hunters are way too suspicious, smart, and hard to get rid of. You exasperatedly sighed at yourself for being too pretentious, for thinking you could outsmart them.
When darkness was surrounding you, and the lights of the city turned on one by one, you knew it was time, so you walked to your motorbike. Just as you were about to put your helmet on, you heard his voice calling you. You stopped, closed your eyes for a second, not needing him right now.
“Look, it’s no...” you started, turning to meet with a Colt 45. You pulled your hand up. “You don’t want to do that!”
“Really? Give me one good reason?" he said with his deep voice while unlocking the safety.
Three weeks ago
You rolled your eyes. “Whatever,” you said to your boss’s secretary as you walked in his office 10 minutes earlier than planned.
This new secretary was a bitch, always questioning your motives here and glaring at you from a distance. You started to miss the old one, Miss Hale. She was a very caring old lady, too lovely for this world, but she could also be manipulative. You smirked at that as you sat down in front of your boss's desk waiting for him. Miss Gile, the new secretary, didn’t like that you’d arrived early and acted like the place was your own. But, you knew well that he never appreciated anyone being late.
He practically owned the town and was a member of the town council. You were his most loyal employee; he could always count on you to do his dirty work. You were the first one he called when he needed someone to clean up a mess. Just then, the door flew open, crashing into the wall with a loud ‘bang!’. Startled, you turned to see Dan Scott walking into the room before he slammed the door shut. The frown on his face made you immediately understand that he’d had a bad day.
You knew that his wife was demanding a divorce again and his sons didn't want to talk to him. On top of that, the council was questioning his recent action during the fiasco that was the new moon celebration. He stared at you with a harsh and scary glare. You swallowed, expecting the worst.
“We have a serious problem. Hunters are in town questioning people about Keith’s death. I don't want that here, right now. I already have enough with the council on my ass about it. Make sure they leave, and quickly, or take care of them,” he ordered.
You nodded, knowing well that he was the reason Keith was dead, and you’d help him cover his tracks. “Alright. Anything else I should do?" you asked, standing up.
Dan frowned deeply. “Not really. Just try to be discreet this time. And if you need help, ask Rachel,” he said, thinking about it. “Probably need to scare James Howard a little. He is running for both mayor and president's council against me this year. You need to be creative with the hunters in town.”
“Alright. Have any idea where the hunters might be right now?" you asked.
Dan raised an eyebrow. “Do I look like I have time to do your job?"
“Right. Sorry, sir. I will do my best,” you said, walking out of the office.
A moment later you walked into what you called ‘your office,’ but someone else might call it a closet. It was a cramped space, only fitting you and probably one other person, if they were small. Well, at least that’s what a regular person would see. You made sure nobody saw the real size of the room.
It was just like one of those crazy science laboratories from those movies where the scientist always fails to destroy the world. The room had a dim light; the walls were painted black and nothing hung on them. It was a workplace, and you didn’t need anyone to learn about your private life. Not like there were many people who came here, but the few that did come weren’t very worthy of trust. Besides, Dan already knew where you lived.
In the center of the room, there was a creamy marble table with a few oval tubes, each with a different color liquid inside and some connected to each other. There were also three heavy books at the end of the table and what looked like a cauldron in the middle. On the right side of the table was a library full of grimoires and potions. At the end of the room was a traditional desk among all those strange things. You went behind it, opened the top drawer and took out a map.
You pushed the things that were on it aside, barely caring if any of the stuff fell to the floor. You opened the map, then took the black crystal you had around your neck and extended your hand above the map.
“Dimitte ergo me, inveniet eos,” you repeated three times (let me find them).
The necklace started to spin around slowly before going faster; you had to hold it firmly in precaution. When it was time, you let it land on a little part of the map, making you smirk.
Dean POV
Tumblr media
The second Dean Winchester crossed the bridge to enter Tree Hill, he knew something was off by the vibes the town was giving him. He repeated it to Sam a few times as they arrived at the only motel in the city, called Hill Motel. Dean stopped complaining about it when Sam insisted that there were too many disappearances in the town to leave it like that.
The worst part was when the Impala broke down right after their visit to the police station.  After checking his car for few minutes, he eventually let Sam call a garage. The tow truck came only after 30 minutes, and Dean was beyond pissed. He almost threatened the kid, that if his Baby was more hurt than it should be, then he would have to hide on another planet. But the teenager, only around 17, didn't seem to be very impressed by Dean’s temper and Sam had to calm Dean down a bit. Sam knew his brother would never let anyone touch his Baby and, thanks to him, no one would.
Somehow, probably with his puppy dog eyes, he made sure that Dean would be able to fix the Impala himself. It would cost a little more than expected and it would require them to stay longer than needed in town, but Dean didn’t care. No one else would touch his car. Then, as soon as he fixed Baby, they would be able to leave the city.
They were about to leave the garage when Dean realized that the kid had the same last name as the previous victim, Keith Scott. His name was Nathan Scott, and he had short black hair and blue eyes. He was the same size as Dean and shared a slight resemblance with the victim.
“Sam. I’m staying here,” Dean said as they walked out to the car Nathan rented them.
Sam raised an eyebrow at him. “Why? We still have other interviews to do. Nathan assured you no one would touch her.”
Dean rolled his eyes. “That I know,” he said. “The kid is related to the last victim,” he pointed out.
Sam immediately understood where Dean was going, but he scoffed. “Do you think he will talk to you after the way you treated him earlier? If I wasn't around things would be different.”
Dean just shrugged him off. “Probably, but worth the shot.”
“Right,” Sam said. “Well, I’ll go to the library. Call me if you need a ride,” he said, before climbing into the car.
Dean nodded, and then went back in the garage. “Hey Kid,” he called as he walked in.
Nathan turned to Dean and held a hand to him, motioning that he was on the phone and would handle him once he was done.
Dean waited and watched him. He didn’t look like a fierce person, more like a nice guy who you’d want to be friends with. But his gut told him not to trust anyone in this town. So, better safe than sorry, he would keep his distance and make sure he got the info they needed. A few seconds later, Nathan hung up the phone and looked at him.
“Do you need something?” he asked.
“I figured I would work on the car now,” Dean said.
Nathan narrowed his eyes. “Sir, your partner already told you that no one will tou…”
“I know, I know. But the faster I fix the car, the sooner I am out of this place and can pay you for everything,” Dean interrupted.
He watched Nathan. He could tell the kid was debating inside if he should let him or not. Finally, after a few seconds, or probably minutes, Nathan nodded. “Alright. You will have to stop at 7 p.m. I don't want you to be here after that.”
“Deal,” Dean said with a grin before going to his car and starting to work on it.
After only a few hours of working on the car and trying to talk with Nathan, Dean learned that Keith was his uncle and that he used to own the garage until his dad bought it one or two months before Keith’s death. While he was under his car, he heard someone coming in, but didn’t pay much attention. Nathan’s tone, however, caught his interest, since it suggested that the person wasn't friendly. He didn’t have the opportunity to hear much of the conversation, but did catch the sound of a woman laughing.
The sound made his stomach flip inside him and he stopped in his tracks, looking towards it. From where he was, Dean could hardly see anything, just a pair of heels turning around Nathan for a second, then walking toward the exit. Dean waited at least a minute before sliding away from the car. He stood up and grabbed an old cloth filled with engine oil.
He noticed the concerned look on Nathan’s face as he wiped his hand with the old cloth. “Hey Nathan,” he called. “You ok, kiddo?”
Nathan sighed and raised an eyebrow at him. “Yeah. You done with the car?” he asked, changing the subject.
Dean shook his head. “Need a new carburetor,” he said. “Probably will take a few more days.”
Nathan frowned. “I will need to look if we have one for your car model, but I doubt it. This car is very rare,” he said walking toward his desk.
Dean was somewhat impressed with his knowledge for such a young age, but he knew not to be fooled by that. “Are you okay? You seem concerned since your girl visited?”
Nathan shook his head, typing on the computer. “She isn't my girl,” he snapped. “Like I said, there aren't many carburetors for your car around here. We will have to order it online.”
Just like that, Dean knew that Nathan wouldn't feel like talking about anything else private, and that insisting would be a waste of time. Dean didn't want to look suspicious and lose the little trust Nathan had given him. Dean knew he had to take small steps with him, somehow.
Nathan POV
Around 8 pm, once he had closed the garage, Nathan decided to drive to the city hall to give his father a piece of his mind. He’d had enough, enough of seeing her always around each corner and enough of her coming to his house, his school, and his job. And most importantly, he’d had enough of his father only caring about them when something big happened. Instead of coming himself, his father would always send her, (Y/N) Morris, his so-called assistant. In truth, everyone knew what she was and what she was capable of doing.
Nathan was tolerating (Y/N) because she was his cousin from his mother’s side. His mother took her in when she was six years old and took care of her until Nathan was born. Except things changed. He had no idea what happened when he turned five; she was taken to a boarding school until she came back three years ago. Nathan never understood her, and he didn't think he probably ever would.
He climbed out of his car and walked toward the city hall. When he was halfway there, he saw his father coming out of the building talking to someone. Nathan didn’t wait for him to finish his conversation and walked straight to him.
“Dad, you need to stop doing that!” he spat.
Dan raised his eyebrow. He sent his employee away before turning to his son. “Now Nathan, what exactly did I do to bother you.” He smirked.
Nathan frowned. “(Y/N)!” he said. “You sent her again.”
“(Y/N)? I didn't send her or anyone to you,” he said. “Probably a friendly visit. She is family, after all.”
Nathan scoffed. “Right. You must have forgotten about that when you sent her away,” he said and started to leave. “Just tell her to stop coming to visit unless she doesn't work for you anymore.”
As Nathan walked toward his car, he could feel his father stare at him, but he could also feel someone else staring. Before climbing into his vehicle, he quickly looked around, but didn't see anyone. So, he shook the feeling off and jumped into his car. The engine was brought back to life as he turned the key in the ignition, and he quickly drove off, thinking he had won an argument with his father.
Later that night
(Dean POV)
Tumblr media
After a long day of fixing his car, he had tried to interview Karen Roe about Keith’s death. She didn’t understand the reason why the FBI would investigate his death and barely wanted to answer his questions. Her son, Lucas, made sure she wouldn't answer any. Dean decided to go for a drink. He wanted Sam to join him, but his brother turned his offer down in order to work on the case more. Dean sometimes felt like Sam worked too much and needed more fun. He smirked at that thought. However, a neon sign saying “Tric” he came across interrupted his thinking.
Dean raised an eyebrow at the sign. Was this town trying to send him a message? Or a threat? He wasn’t sure, and as Sam said earlier, he should stop seeing evil everywhere when there wasn't. He shrugged, parked the car in the parking lot, and hoped he would be able to get inside of the nightclub seeing the long queue to get in. If not, he would head back to the motel. Dean usually went to bars, but the nightclub was close to his motel, and he didn't feel like driving around town in a rented car he didn't like.
He joined the queue and waited at least 15 minutes before he was able to enter the club. He ignored all the glares he had received and sat down in front of the bar.
“Agent, I told you I had nothing to say anymore,” a female voice said through the sound of the music.
Dean looked up at Karen Roe and sighed. “I know, but I am not here to ask questions,” he said. “I just want to drink a few beers and have fun.”
Her brows snapped together. “You realize that now that the school let out, the girls in here are mainly teenagers.”
Dean rubbed his face annoyed. “That’s my luck,” he said, looking at the bar and noticing that she wasn't wrong. He wasn't even sure how to tell the difference between those who were over 21 and those who weren’t.
Karen opened her mouth but was cut short. “Not all of them are teens,” said a feminine voice, sitting next to him.
Dean didn’t notice the weird look Karen was giving her, he only focused on the girl next to him, smirking at her and liking the confidence she had. He also liked the curves he noticed through her outfit.
“Really? Is it? Well, as long as you aren't one of them,” Dean said drinking in his beer.
She giggled, “I turned 23 today.”
“Happy birthday…'
“(Y/N) and you are?”
“Dean,” he said with a grin. “Lovely name you have, (Y/N)” he said. “We should party in a place where there aren't teenagers around.” He glanced around once again.
She stood up. "Well, I think that’s a good idea,” she said. “I know a place where they serve good alcohol and don't have teenagers around.”
Dean pursed his lips and stood up. “I’m game.” He put some money on the counter. He was caught off guard when she took his hand to leave the place, as her touch made his stomach flip again. He wasn't sure what it meant, but he quickly pushed it aside, as long he was away from teenagers.
In the parking lot, Dean gently grabbed her arms to stop her. “Listen, my car isn't the greatest at the moment, it’s a rent…” he started to say.
“You that one? Don’t worry. I have my baby with me.” She winked at him before walking toward her bike.
Dean shook his head. “I don't think so, sweetheart. This car isn't the best, but at least it's safe.”
(Y/N) laughed and Dean frowned recognizing it from earlier in the garage. “What’s wrong, Dean. Afraid of a little bike? Or is it just that you want to be in control of the ride,” she said seductively, grabbing the two sides of his jacket and pulling him closer to her.
Dean’s eyes darkened with lust, his hands automatically found their way on her lower back, and a smirk appeared on his face. “Oh, sweetheart. I’m good with letting my partners take control,” he said with a deep husky voice.
She licked her lips, went to her tiptoes and whispered in his ear, “Then let me give you the ride of your life.”
He was nearly panting. “You know just how to talk to me,” he whispered as he was turning his head to kiss her. (Y/N) stepped back and winked at him then walked toward her bike.
Dean watched her as she walked, swinging her hips left to right. He bit his lips and sighed, hoping he wouldn't regret it. He followed her, took the helmet she gave him and sat behind her.
(Y/N) Pov
You parked your bike in front of an old building. It was a huge one that seemed to have 12 floors. You hid a laugh. You had felt Dean’s tension through the whole drive. He was gripping you hard every turn you made, and every time you raced over the limit. You saw that he tried to compose himself like the tough guy he was before you gave him the ride of his life.
Dean’s head turned toward the building and he tightened his lips. “Unless this place hides a smaller building with a bar in it. I doubt we’ll find alcohol inside.”
“Don’t worry, there is plenty of alcohol in this intimate bar, and no teenagers will bother us.” You smiled.
You watched as Dean glanced between the building and you twice. You could tell he had a quick mini-debate inside whether to follow you or not. You decided to interfere a little by extending your hand to him. “Come on Dean. It will be fun,” you said with a smirk. Dean gave in and took your hand before you led him into the building.
Your apartment was on the last floor and lucky you, there was an elevator to reach it. The minute the door closed, a sensual tension filled the room. You’d always had a kink for elevators and couldn’t help but imagine him all over you. You looked at the number and saw that you were only on the third floor.
‘Only nine more floors to go,’ you thought.
You cleared your throat. “Well, this is kinda hot.” You watched him, saw his Adam's apple move, he turned to face you, his face was serious and his eyes shadowed with lust.
“It is?” he asked with a husky voice. “Tell me about it.” He stepped closer to you.
You eyed the number and saw that it was on the fifth floor now. ‘Seven more,’ you thought.
You smirked. “How about we just make it hap…” You couldn’t finish your sentence because he’d pinned you against the wall and his lips were over yours. His hands roamed your body up and down, making you moan against his lips. You gripped his shirt, then pushed him against the other wall. He grinned through the kiss, loving when a woman took over.
You almost ripped his shirt open and smirked before kissing him again. Until you heard the sound of the door opening, you grabbed him by his tie. Dean smirked, he grabbed his jacket that fell down to the floor, his bare chest visible. He liked that you didn’t seem to care about the surroundings. In the doorway, an old lady was shocked to see you almost naked. Dean with his shirt half open while you had your shorts open. You chuckled as Dean blushed and mumbled some excuse as the old lady ran from the elevator.
As you opened your apartment door, Dean had his hand wrapped around you and his lips on your neck, sucking and nibbling it. He used his feet to close the door. You turned to face him, kissing him hard and rough without pulling away. You made your way to your room with him taking off both of your clothes.
You pushed him down on your mattress naked and straddled him, but he stopped. “Hey, I don’t want to ruin the fun, but do you have any condoms?” he asked, smirking.
You smirked in reply. “I am on my pills. Don’t worry,” you said, leaning down to kiss him.
“Still, condoms are safer,” he replied as he stopped you, again.
You rolled your eyes and pulled away from him. “Fine, but you’re lucky you’re hot,” you said, walking into the bathroom. “Don’t touch anything” you called out.
You walked out with a condom you finally found after an exhausting 15 minutes looking for one. You showed it to Dean like a kid who had won a trophy. “Dean, ready for…” You stopped, seeing the book in his hand. “Well, we’ll need to talk now,” you said.
Dean glared at you. “You think, (Y/N)?” he said and was surprised when you straddled him again, but frowned. “What’s the matter? I like the occult, that’s all,” you said.
“You know, it’s called witchcraft,” he said. “You seem to know more, according to this.”
You rolled your eyes. “You seem to know a lot about it. Let me guess? Good Witch?”
“Hunter,” he simply said. “You know I have to take care of you, now?”
“Yeah, I know.” You winked at him. “Look, I’m not going to hurt anyone, at the moment. I was just curious. I swear,” you said, leaning down to kiss him but he stopped.
“Really? Just curiosity?” he asked, looking into your eyes, not sure if he should believe you or not.
You nodded. “Yeah,” you said, grinding on him. He groaned, and you didn’t give him the chance to answer as you started to ride him, forgetting about the condom.
